Ellie has been incredible to work with! She understands my needs as a rider and pushes me to new levels in my strength and fitness. Her focus on balance work was a game changer I didn't know I needed. She's also innovative and keeps my workouts fresh. I would highly recommend Ellie for anyone who is looking to improve their abilities in the game of life or get that extra 1% out of their current program. Her balance exercises are no joke!! Absolutely loved adding them into my routine!
I'm writing to say how happy I am with Ellie and the exciting results that I'm starting to see while riding my. horse. I've noticed that the strength in my legs has increased and my overall fitness levels have improved greatly. Thank you Ellie for helping me reach my fitness goals. Also, thank you for encouraging me to go the extra mile... ie. running around the outdoor arena! I think it is the core and leg strength that I have gained from my workouts, that has increased my horsemanship scores and placings as a result.
As riders, we expect a lot from our horses. I think it's a good idea to expect the same kind of fitness and flexibility of ourselves. To help with my tight back and hips I scheduled my first horseback yoga session with Ellie. She was so great at finding my tight spots and working with my old injury. After the hour-long session, my body felt so good! I was able to get advice on issues my students have in their bodies and how I can help them as their instructor. I can't wait to do my homework this week!
Ellie’s program is amazing! It’s only been a couple months so far but I am seeing and feeling a lot of improvement. I wanted to get stronger and work on my riding muscles even though I live far from my horse, and Ellie tailors all of my exercises to directly meet my goals. On top of her experience and skill set, she motivates with kindness and encourages me to work my hardest! We all need an Ellie in our corner.
I've been with this program for 4 months and have definitely improved my flexibility, strength, and confidence both on a fitness level and when riding. Yes yes yes! Ellie has kept me accountable every week! I have been getting consistently stronger and it's getting me excited for show season. Not only did I find a workout buddy that keeps me accountable, but I also found a friend :)

My goal was to have stronger legs for English, and my legs have gotten so much stronger! I no longer flop around in the English saddle!
I'm seeing slight changes in the shape of my thighs after about 4 weeks. I had one that was slightly bigger where I had fallen off a horse probably five years ago. I think because I favored my right leg over time my left leg gained more muscle mass. Now the difference is barely noticeable!

Ellie is for real! I love working with her. I just finished my workout and I'm feeling the heat! I have been working out with her for just over 4 weeks and I notice such a difference with my strength and balance already. And I notice a difference in the saddle! I seriously can't recommend her enough to my horse show buddies.
Had a great experience with Lopin' Down The Rail Fitness at the barn! Ellie came out and watched me ride, then custom designed a stretch and fitness program to help me be looser and more comfortable with riding. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Rosie has helped me with my confidence and my trust as a rider. She has taught me how to become a partner to my horse. She has also taught me how to become a stronger rider, and how to do the showmanship.
Teddy is a great showmanship horse but when I bought him he was inexperienced and nervous. We have worked hard to gain confidence and now showmanship has become one of our favorite events!
At our first show together, my only goal was to have improvements every ride and build trust in each other. We ended up winning the age division high point buckle for all around. It just solidified that I picked the right horse.
I feel most accomplished about teaching Copper the ranch trail, getting him to rate when going down the fence and while reining, perfecting our ranch riding, and teaching him halter work for confirmation. The improvements in leg strength, coordination, and overall balance from your exercises have made these things possible!

I had a dream to show at the West World in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I was finally able to attend in 2022 with my horse Lacey. We finished 1st under one judge in the Select Showmanship in a deep pen of talented horses and exhibitors. I could not have been more proud of myself, or my horse!
Lacey is my first young horse, and she has taught me quite a bit about patience and making small, rewarding deposits at a time. I have had to develop trust and consistency in her training to build a solid foundation with her.
