A personal fitness evaluation to determine your current fitness levels, appropriate physical activity, and more. Required for personal training and fitness plans. Not required for group classes, but recommended! Length of time varies- typically 30-60 minutes
Recommended for clients with serious goals, pclients new to fitness, clients with specific areas they need to focus on, and everything in between! These one-on-one sessions are custom for you and your needs. Your workouts will progress every week or as needed as I see fit! The frequency and length of the sessions depend on the individual's needs and goals
For the experienced client with good form, experience working out in a gym, and self-motivation. Fitness plans are tailored to each individual and are completed on the client's own time without the trainer. This plan includes weekly check-ins to see how the program is going and alter as needed. Clients are charged for plans when the plan is created and every time the plan is updated- ranging from weekly to monthly
In person only. Includes a personal evaluation in the saddle where we discuss any common difficulties you have while riding (always leaning to the inside, constantly dropping the right shoulder, etc.) and work together to correct them. Click on the Horse Yoga tab for more information!
I offer horse yoga, strength/conditioning, and yoga/stretching group classes. In person only- message me to have me come teach at your barn or horse show! Charged individually
