Price List

The Investment

Results driven from a personal training program take months, if not years of consistent training. I recommend clients plan for 6+ months of commitment to see results. It costs $450 to get started, and then monthly costs start at $100. We begin with an initial evaluation, then I create a workout plan, then we schedule an hour long personal training session so I can demonstrate each exercise. I recommend clients see me AT LEAST monthly for personal training sessions/ workout plan updates


Initial Evaluation

An hour long video call so I can learn more about the client's current fitness level, medical history, lifestyle, budget, goals, etc. Then, we come up with a goal and a plan to meet each client's individual needs. This is required for ALL clients!

Workout Plans

I create custom workout plans for clients interested in doing some or most of their workouts on their own. This includes access to my coaching app where each client can view their exercises with form videos, designated reps/sets/equipment for each exercise, etc. I check in with clients on workout plans weekly via text- clients are also welcome to text me anytime with questions, comments, etc! I charge the client to create the initial plan, and then every time we choose to update the plan

Personal Training

One-on-one personal training sessions where I coach the client through their workouts. This is offered via video call (anywhere in the US, contact me if outside the US) OR in-person options if local to Tigard, Oregon. Frequency and length of session is dependent on the individual's needs and goals.

Individual Horse Yoga

Includes a personal evaluation in the saddle where we discuss any common difficulties the client has while riding (always leaning to the inside, constantly dropping the right shoulder, etc.) and work together to correct them from the saddle. Click on the Horse Yoga tab for more information!

Group Classes

I offer horse yoga, strength/conditioning, and yoga/stretching group classes. Charged individually!

Clinics

Clinics are for the serious equestrian interested in learning more about how exercise and overall fitness relates to riding and showing horses. Travel fee not included in pricing. Click on the Clinics tab for more information!
